Langford Court North is a large listed medieval thatched farmhouse, and is mentioned in the Doomsday. The building is in fact divided into two farmhouses, on north side Langford Court North and on the south side Langford Court South.
Langford Court North side is accessed by a small concrete road about 600 metres from the main road and 150 metres from the house on entering the garden there is a cattle grid. With a small pedestrian side gate.
Nearest town is Cullompton 3.5.miles (not easy walking as in parts there is no pavement)
Exeter is 11 miles
There is a regular bus service from Exeter to Cullompton, ever 30 - 40 minutes. The nearest bus stop is 2miles away.
There are also several taxi services in Cullompton.
Nearest Railway Station - Tiverton Parkway - 9.21 miles
Honiton station - 9.81 miles
There is plenty of parking right outside the house and there are two entrances into the house.
Flooring downstairs is mainly solid i.e. stone, wood or stone tiles, with a few rugs.
The front stairs, landings, bedrooms have fitted woollen carpets.
Dining Room is lit by wall lights and a central light above the dining table, and all these lights may be dimmed.
There are eight comfortable high backed dining chairs and two carvers (with arms)
